Pam May joined the team in 2008, promoting Roane Alliance and the county to potential industry, visitors and retirees. Pam is a Certified Tennessee Tourism Professional (CTTP) and Tourism Marketing Professional (TMP). Pam is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Leadership Roane County. She enjoys boating on Watts Bar Lake with her family or live music at local venues.

Justin Snow joined the Alliance team in 2017.  Previously, he spent 17 years working for AT&T in the telecommunications industry.  He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University where he earned a BS in Business Administration and played on the baseball team.  While at the Alliance, he has graduated from Leadership Roane County (Class of 2018) and TVA Rural Leadership (Class of 2019). Justin enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and coaching his son’s sports teams.

Teresa Jackson has served on the Alliance team since 1999. She attended the Tennessee College of Applied Technology, is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Roane County and completed Tennessee Basic Economic Development. She serves on the Community Advisory Committee for Roane Academy, and is Roane's ThreeStar program coordinator. Teresa enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time with her grandchildren.

Allen Lutz joined the team in 2008. He was the education director for Junior Achievement of East Tennessee and the first director of JA BizTown prior to coming to the Alliance. He was also a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army, serving on active duty 21 years. Allen has a MBA from the University of New Orleans and is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Roane County.

Kaley joined the team as the Communications and Marketing Manager in August 2019.  She is a graduate of Roane County High School and Tennessee Tech University.  Kaley and her husband, Matthew, have two children.  They enjoy spending their weekends on the Watts Bar Lake accompanied by family and friends. During her spare time, Kaley also enjoys photography and gardening. She is excited for the opportunity to be back in her hometown and to be apart of the Roane Alliance!

Tori May joined the team in August 2019 and is excited to be working with businesses to help them succeed.  She has been an active member of the Chamber's Ambassador program for years, and has served as the group's chair this past year.  A native of Roane County, Tori is a graduate of Roane County High School and Leadership Roane County’s Class of 2019.

Fiscal Services and Office Manager Cary Parten joined the team in 2016. Cary has held management positions in the hospitality and environmental sectors focusing in information systems, finance and telecommunications.  Cary holds a BS degree in business administration and electronic engineering.

Scott joined the Alliance team in October 2019 as Project Manager. He is a graduate of Roane County High School and attended Roane State Community College.  Scott is a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College and Roane Leadership. He previously worked 14 years for the Roane County Government in the Office of Emergency Services and Risk Management. Scott is eager to continue serving the people of Roane County through the various projects with the Alliance.
